Kalender Seed Co
At Kalender Tohumculuk, we have been producing certified seeds for field crops, primarily barley, wheat, lentils, chickpeas, and corn, since 2000. Since our founding, our goal has been not only to produce high-quality seeds but also to add long-term value to our farmers, producers, and our country's agriculture. We conduct our operations under the umbrella of Kalender Gıda İnşaat Tekstil Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Our agricultural, food, and industrial units are supported by modern production technologies and integrated quality control processes. This ensures traceability, sustainability, and a high germination rate for each product batch.
Our R&D efforts in seed production are focused not only on increasing yields but also on developing varieties that are resilient to climate change, suitable for the region's ecology, and environmentally friendly. Analyses conducted in our trial plots allow us to identify the most suitable varieties based on regional soil structure and climate characteristics. This approach consistently improves both production quality and farmer satisfaction.
Kalender Tohumculuk continues to expand its experience in the sector each year; We maintain the trio of scientific infrastructure, field experience, and producer support as our core principles. From production to storage, certification to distribution, all our processes are carried out in accordance with the inspections and regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Today, we are proud to be not just a producer, but a solution partner that adds value to the country's seed sector. As Kalender Gıda İnşaat Tekstil Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., we continue our operations with a stronger production infrastructure every season, without compromising our principles of quality, trust, sustainability, and innovation.
